SERVICES
In today's competitive climate of rapid
technological growth and global markets, businesses must constantly discover
ways to increase productivity, cut costs and deliver quality product and
services faster and better than ever before. Rorison
Industrial Electric Limited helps its customers meet these challenges.
At Rorison, we know that the repeat customer
is the best customer and our best advertiser. That's
why we always give much more than our customers expect.
Our qualified employees can provide the design, fabrication and
installation of all industrial electrical needs.
Project Management
To ensure that a project will succeed from
the start, our project management team coordinates every aspect of your
project, working closely with the customer to maintain required scheduling
(especially scheduling that requires shutdowns), project costs and quality
assurance. Rorison maintains
documented procedures to ensure that all project requirements are clearly
specified, reviewed, understood and communicated to all interested parties.
Design
Quality begins with system design. We look at
all aspects of the process: ergonomics, environments, costs, government
regulations, construction materials, quality and equipment. Our
design department utilizes a comprehensive design control plan to record,
review and approve the entire process that includes the following:

Manufacturing
Rorison is able to assemble in-shop certified
CSA electrical panels and control systems from CAD drawings prepared by
Rorison Design and Engineering personnel or customer-supplied drawings.
This feature reduces installation time, keeps field labor costs down
and minimizes the risk of lost production time to the customer. Our
manufacturing process also facilitates in-shop testing of components and the
simulation of the required sequence of operations that further reduces field
time requirements.
Installation
Time is of the essence throughout on-site
installation. Rorison on-site
project management is there to assure the project completion with minimal
tie-ups of your production schedules. The
qualified electricians at Rorison work closely with customers' plant personnel
and are empowered to review and to approve most changes in installation
criteria or retrofit requirements on-site, which further minimizes lost
production time.
Commissioning
Once installation is completed, Rorison will
test, start-up and debug the system. With
your system up and running, we continue to provide customer support to ensure
that your system is functioning as designed and to your complete satisfaction.
Training
At Rorison, our objective is to ensure that
personnel shall be qualified on the basis of appropriate education, training,
and/or experience. Regular Health
and Safety meetings are scheduled with employees to train and discuss any
safety issues and/or new elements in regulated Occupational Health &
Safety Regulations. Product
training is provided for unique or specific products and/or processes to
ensure that your project progresses as scheduled.
